1. GET A BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
The first you need to do to make your interest account look professional is to sign up for a business account that’s if You haven’t yet created one.

When setting up a business account, you will need to have a website so you can claim your website.

Having a business account gives you so much information. You can see the pins that are driving the most traffic to your website as well as the ones that aren’t doing so well so you can make adjustments.

Don’t use random words, ensure that it is packed with keywords in a natural flowing way. Once you’ve created your boards, add around 30 pins that are relevant to each board. Pin both your content as well as other people’s content related to your pins. Follow relevant group boards.
6. ENABLE RICH PINS
Rich Pins makes the meta description stand out bolder which results in your Pinterest feed standing out so when people are scrolling through, they know exactly what to expect.
Rich pins give people information about pin even before they click on it and access your website.
To enable rich pins on your account, access here and copy any post URL from your blog (not a page) and click on the blue button that says “validate” > apply now.
7. MAKE YOUR FEED LOOK PROFESSIONAL
You will want you feed to astonishingly awesome. You want to have at least 10 board son your profile packed each with at least 20 pins. This certainly will make your Pinterest account look professional.
If you’re new and don’t have your own pins, you can add other people pin to each of your boards. One thing you don’t want is an empty feed. If your feed is empty, it will look boring, unprofessional and people will certainly not follow you.

Take the time, go through the pin description ensure that you have relevant keywords in your title and whatever keyword you use in the title, use that same keyword naturally (meaning let it flow in readability).
You shouldn’t just write any and anything in the description, ensure it has all the juicy keywords that are relevant. This will result in more people repinning your pins.
